Internet Sales Policy and Minimum Advertised Price

Positive Distribution LLC is the exclusive licensing and distribution entity for the LOCK LACES® brand, including patents, trademarks, and associated intellectual property. LOCK LACES are manufactured to the highest possible quality and safety standards. Our patented elastic shoelace and fastening system has unique characteristics and requirements. We have spent many years seeking out the best manufacturers and distribution partners in the world and we ensure that LOCK LACES® will outperform any competing product. We continue to spend a great deal of effort training our dealers to be knowledgeable and up-to-date on LOCK LACES® products, so that consumers will enjoy a lifetime never having to tie shoelaces again, without any worries.
Internet Sales Policy
Authorized retailers, distributors and their customers, who sell LOCK LACES® in their brick and mortar locations, are encouraged to offer LOCK LACES® for sale on their proprietary websites. However, the sale of LOCK LACES® on third party websites, including but not limited to, Amazon, ebay, Rakuten, Walmart, etc. are not permitted.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
LOCK LACES® resellers are responsible for pricing LOCK LACES® at the current Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) published on www.locklaces.com. The products and MAP may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of Positive Distribution LLC. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of specific LOCK LACES® products in all media including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio and public signage.
Positive Distribution LLC reserves the right to at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the MAP policy in whole or part or designate promotional periods. In addition, Positive Distribution LLC may from time to time offer promotional discounts at www.locklaces.com for the purpose of growing customer base, building brand awareness, and/or support of non-profits.
Enforcement
Within 15 days of finding a violation of such MSRP, MAP or Internet Sales Policy, PD will send notification to the customer. If the price has not been changed or the product has not been removed from third party website within 30 days of notification, then PD and wholesaler will stop supplying the vendor.
